Hi girls, it’s David Tutera here for DavidTuteraforMonCheri. So, the good news is you were getting married. Bad news is you are not quite sure what the perfect dresses to you to wear. You know it’s kind of crazy when I meet all my brides; they’re just so overwhelmed and be confused. They think they know what the perfect dresses for them to wear until they go to the bridal boutique and they’re overwhelmed get the problem to take overwhelmed.

Well, Here’s what needs to happen. Couple tips I want to share with you. Try every possible dress you can try on until you find the perfect dress. I would say you can’t judge a dress by being on the hanger. It has to be on you. But here’s what really important. You have to know the right silhouette for you. I know what does that mean, what’s the right silhouette for me? Well, dress silhouette is the right shape dress that fits your body type.

But you need to know your body type to find the right silhouette, so you look beautiful on the wedding day. That’s what we’re gonna do. We gonna go over (it’s kind of like this is a finding the) perfect dress 1-0-1 class. We’re gonna go to every silhouette for every body type and even to give you recommendations through dresses from my collection so you can go and find the perfect dress for you to wear. Let’s get started. Ok, so let’s start with the first of the silhouette.

A-line. A-line silhouette flatters all figures. It’s comfortable and light and really easy to wear. Most commonly worn as Draped, Satin, and Taffeta. Silhouette has a style Brayden.

The next silhouette is called mermaid. Mermaid silhouette is for that girl who wants to show off her curves! Hugs the body and elongates the torso. The silhouette has been become extremely popular, looks great in Silk, Satin or Lace as seen on a style called Diesel, Charmaine and Temina.

The sheath silhouette is beautiful on tall, slender brides. It can give the body shape and the touch of drama. Sheath can have a vintage feel and lace chiffon and as on style Solange, Verda and Fronte.

Princess line silhouette can look amazing from petite to women of all sizes. It accentuates the positive and minimizes problem areas. Princess line gown elongates the body as seen on polaroid.

Ball gowns. The ball gowns have been a traditional silhouette for many brides. Ball gowns set the mood for formal weddings. Typically made Tulle, Satin, Organza with draping and pickups as an style Palsel, Tiana and Pestana.

Oh my goodness, so you found the perfect dress but guess what? There’s still more to do so you look perfect for your wedding day. Well you can customize it. You can add colour to it and I’m gonna give you some tips that will really add your personality to your overall fashion. You know, think about this. First of all, the dress that you pick needs to be a dress that sees you first. You cannot be seeing the dress first. Be the dress can be wear you; you need to be wearing the dress. But now, you need add to personality. So colour is really important wonderful colour. Did you know, there are 200 chains of bridal white? It’s crazy. But you can add colour in so many different ways besides just the colour of the dress from your jewellery to your accessories, to belt, to your shoes, to many colour. That is something new that special who you are not just bride but as the woman you are walking down the aisle. The veils are important. I mistake honour at veil. I know there are so many different styles of veils. But to me to wear a veil on your wedding day. Ask yourself this question. When would we ever wear a veil at any point the rest of your life you’re your wedding day? So put that veil on. Oh tip by the way, when the ceremony is over, take the veil off because it’s not supposed to be worn for party. You can get a headpiece, a great accessory to put in your hair that matches the dress. So accessorise, add colour, add style, but you’re doing after is adding your personality.
